Marketplace User Agreement
This Marketplace User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the marketplace operator ("Marketplace," "we," or "us") and its users ("Users," "you," or "your"), including both buyers and sellers. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
Definitions
- Marketplace: The platform where users can upload, purchase, and download digital products.
- User: Any individual who registers and interacts with the Marketplace, including buyers and sellers.
- Seller: A user who uploads and sells products on the Marketplace.
- Buyer: A user who purchases or downloads products from the Marketplace.
- Product: Any digital content offered for sale or free download on the Marketplace.
- License: The permissions granted to a buyer regarding the use of a product, categorized as:
- Personal Use License: Use in non-commercial projects.
- Commercial Use License: Use in standard business/commercial projects.
- Extended Commercial License: Use in mass production or large-scale projects.
Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for products that are false or fail to meet the quality and details advertised.
- Refunds will be processed exclusively through PayPal.
- To request a refund, buyers must provide proof of discrepancy, such as screenshots or product testing reports.
Seller Earnings
- Sellers can withdraw their earnings only through PayPal.
- By listing products on the Marketplace, sellers agree to provide accurate and up-to-date PayPal account details.
Product Management
- All products are subject to a review process before being published.
- Sellers can edit their products after publication to update details or improve quality.
- If a product was already listed on stores but not linked to the seller's account, the seller must contact support to link the product for management purposes.
Free Products
- Free products can be downloaded without requiring user details.
- The download count for free products will be displayed on the Marketplace but will not include any personal information about who downloaded the product.
Service Modification
- The Marketplace reserves the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
- Products that violate Marketplace guidelines will be removed.
- Users who spam or violate this Agreement may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
License Types
- Personal Use License: Usage limited to personal, non-commercial projects. No resale, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted.
- Commercial Use License: Allows use in business projects, such as advertising, branding, or products for sale. Limited to a single business or entity.
- Extended Commercial License: Allows use in mass production or large-scale commercial projects. May include redistribution or resale rights under specified terms.
General Provisions
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with Marketplace guidelines.
- Sellers must not upload products that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain harmful content.
- Buyers are encouraged to verify the product details before purchase.
